The Information Technology Hurricane sweeping the globe has also impacted the Indian Banking Sector and has made this colossus to wake up and embrace the new gift of the millennium for bringing the operational convenience of banking to the door step of the customer.

Our bank has been the first Public Sector Bank to adopt the latest internationally proven Centralised Banking Solution (CBS) architecture to LEAP FROG to the leadership of advanced technology adoption. This has suddenly opened up avenues to quickly deliver customer services to provide customer delight

Hitherto single channel of delivery of Banking products viz., branch banking has been supplemented with introduction of Anytime, Anywhere, Anyhow banking through additional convenience channels such as Networked ATMs, Telebanking, Internet Banking, Card products viz., Credit Cards, Debit Cards etc thus offering 24/7/365 day banking pleasure.

What are Delivery Channels ?

Delivery channels are various technology based means through which the customers can transact their business with the Bank at their convenience anywhere and at anytime of the day or night. Thus, the customers will have choice of transacting business through ATM, Internet Banking, Telebanking, Mobile banking or through plastic cards such as Credit Card, Debit Card Smart Card etc., choice of his convenient time, ATMs, Telebanking, Internet Banking and mobile banking are round the clock available - and choice of his place, these can be accessed at multiple locations, including overseas locations.

In tune with various needs of the customers, different means or channels have been evolved. Following delivery channels have been operationalised by the Bank

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)

ATMs offer the convenience of withdrawing /depositing cash and performing other banking transactions without having to visit the branch during pre-fixed business hours. These machines work round the clock, are safe to transact in a isolated and secure environment. With the inter-connected ATMs, the convenience becomes much more acceptable as the customer can transact from any ATM most convenient to him/her. Thus ATM network gives the card holder freedom to choose his day, time and place to transact in his account.

We are spreading the network of ATMs across the cities. Our e-banking customers can access 1050 of our ATMs at 540 centres that are on "Any Branch Banking" network. You can click on the ATM locator on the left-panel-bottom of this page for viewing state-wise latest list of our ATMs

Cash Withdrawal and Deposits (*)
Balance Enquiry
Mini statement (last 10 transactions)
Stop Payment of cheque

Cheque related services including cheque book request

Tele-Banking Services

Undertaking a host of banking related services including financial transactions from the convenience of your chosen place anywhere across the GLOBE and any time of date and night has now been made possible by introducing on-line Telebanking services. By dialing the given Telebanking number through a landline or a mobile from anywhere, the customer can access his account and by following the user friendly menu, entire banking can be done through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. With sufficient numbers of hunting lines made available, your call will hardly fail. The system is bi-lingual and has following facilities offered;

Automatic balance voice out for the default account.
Balance inquiry and transaction inquiry in all
Inquiry of all term deposit account
Statement of account by Fax, e-mail or ordinary mail.
Cheque book request
Stop payment which is on-line and instantaneous
Transfer of funds with CBS which is automatic and instantaneous
Utility Bill Payments
Renewal of term deposit which is automatic and instantaneous
Voice out of last five transactions.
Various inquiries such as term deposit rates, forex rates etc.

Bank has launched following delivery channels :

Global Debit Card in tie up with M/s VISA International.

Your money has maximum security when it is deposited with your Bank. We have launched the Global Debit Card in tie up with M/s VISA International which keeps up this promise even while you are using your money! Your Syndicatebank Global Debit Card can be authoritatively used at more than 45000 merchant establishments within India and millions of establishments across the Globe to get a host of services right from buying groceries, flowers, books, appreal etc. to buying airline tickets, dining at a restaurant of your choice or paying for your stay in a hotel etc. With the Syndicatebank Global Debit card in your pocket, you will have access to your funds all the time, while your wallet will be light!

However, if you still need currency for some emergency spending, our over 243 networked ATMs spread over 95 locations and another 7500 ATMs (which accept VISA cards) across the country will make withdrawing the cash a pleasant experience.

As the transactions on Debit Cards are debited immediately to your account, there would not be any credit risk involved with this card. We are offering Debit Cards to customers at all our CBS branches and other selected branches.

Internet Banking

Internet Banking of Syndicatebank is a very simple user friendly facility. It can be accessed through our website syndicatebank.in. The convenience and ease of operations through Internet Banking make it a unique value proposition for the customers. Internet Banking is being offered to both individuals and Corporate accounts.
