Deposits under SyndTaxShield scheme will earn interest at the rate applicable to the relevant period
Additional Rate of 0.50% shall be extended to Senior Citizens for Domestic Term Deposits of less than Rs. 1 crore .
Eligible ex-employees who are entitled for additional interest of 1% over the Card rate for domestic term deposits of less than Rs 1 crore shall also be entitled to the benefit of additional interest of 0.50% payable to Senior Citizens w.e.f. 18.12.2009.
The above rates are applicable to fresh Domestic Term Deposits and renewals of existing Domestic Term Deposits of less than Rs. 1 crore, maturing on or after 26.07.2010.
