OGRS Customer Login

In view of the amalgamation of Syndicate Bank with Canara Bank, CPGRS (Canara Public Grievances and Redressal System) is made available for all the customers of the amalgamated entity to lodge new complaints and track the status of the same w.e.f 01.04.2020. Syndicate Bank OGRFS (Online Grievance Redressal and Feedback System) portal is available to check the status of existing complaints. New complaints can be lodged through CPGRS Portal.
