The SyndicateBank has promoted "SyndBank Services Limited" as a wholly owned subsidiary to undertake BPO activities. The subsidiary, incorporated as a government company commenced its operations in March, 2006. This initiative of the Bank heralds a new beginning in the Indian Banking industry by carving out the first BPO outfit of a Nationalized Bank.

|Dispatching of Mobile Banking PIN mailers to the branches on behalf of CO:DIT|
|Receiving missed call complaints from the customers of SyndicateBank and passing on the details of such complaints to the Bank for redressal.|
Extending service support on Ad-hoc basis as and when sought by its parent Bank.
